14 years old and gentle giant. Good with kids, clip, load, farrier. Live in/out but have a stable for when bad weather. 1/4 acre paddock with electric fencing, night lighting in stables and good riding x country and road work. Voice command and light to leg. Can be a bit stubborn sometimes but mostly good. Bare footed so farrier every 12 weeks needed currently, but will vary to ridden work.
Rider will be confident and able. Must pay for own farrier and ride at least once a week. Stable fees to be paid direct to landowner. Can go halves on feed, hay, straw etc. Due to size of horse over 18's only please
